Fantastic staff and service. I've had the same salesman for all 3 of my cars which means a lot as he knows me well now
I left my car in at 8 30 and was told to come back for 2 pm. I had to wait until 5pm until my car was ready. It meant I had to hang around for 3 hours.
Similar to above, on this occasion, though I have had issues with the Mini battery over time, which I do not feel have been addressed to my satisfaction.

Philip took great care in explaining everything about the car to me and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Unusually in my experience of Main Dealer garages this one is welcoming and relaxed with excellent coffee and traybakes! The actual service itself is expensive but you have the reassurance of expertise.
Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained clearly to me.
I had a wonderful experience - the whole team looked after me well. My main contact, Philip, was on paternity leave when I was to collect my car and so the rest of the team stepped in and made sure I had everything I needed in a fun way.

My car was left in for a recall. I received my car back in a very good condition as it had been cleaned.I had mentioned that my noisy wipers were slightly annoying. I was told that this is common and a polish was put on the screen. The noise is back
Car well serviced and staff pleasant
Reason being was my service was booked for 10.30am . I left the showroom and returned at 11.55am, saw the car in the car park on arriving back, only to discover it still hadn't been looked at ?? not happy . Should have been booked in for midday .

Appreciated that the fog lamp unit was replaced on warranty. Sadly, the mud flaps which had been carefully fitted and perfectly positioned with double sided tape, had been removed and had been left flappy
No problems with the service experience at Bavarian although we were without a car for several days.
