The team at Bavarian MINI belfast were absolutely fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, happy to answer all questions. They were very transparent with my purchase and explaining everything.

My dad is quite elderly, but Amy-Lee and Nadine made sure they went to his pace regarding the information. He never felt rushed regarding a decision and any questions he had were answered promptly.

The staff are amazing in Belfast however on this occasion when i collected my car my mini dash cam that I paid almost £400 was lying in the front of the car . Not the service I expect from mini. The car should be ready to drive off after paying
