Mini where extremely flexible and where able to work around my working hours to ensure that I had enough time to collect my car without feeling rushed. Philip really went out of his way to go through every detail and show me how to navigate my mini.

Car left in on Thursday and was told it would probably be ready the next day then told it would be ready on Monday. Was on way to collect when called to say not ready until Tuesday. No courtesy car available so large expense on rental car.

I was mainly happy but some general things I had asked to be reviewed like air pressure in tyres and with the overall cost and service e I assumed my handbrake would ne checked. Its needs tightened

My car was ordered to perfection and well explained to me through the order experience by Gary Glendinning
