Service team were pleasant and friendly. Asked immediately if I would like a refreshment. I had a coffee and a nice tray bake. Car was booked in for a quick service (2 hours) 09:00 hrs. Car was still sitting in car park until 09:35 which was annoying

I purchased a used approved mini with 12 month warranty, 2 weeks after my battery was failing and I was initially told that the warranty would cover the cost of a replacement battery , then after leaving my mini into the garage I told I need to pay .

Everything was great, from booking, price being quoted up front, welcome, and predicted tome of completion. It was a lot of money for a check, an oil, oil filter and air filter change.

Jim the service manager always very helpful. Explains what is happening. When the car had to be kept in for a longer period, the car I was lent was excellent, an up market version of my own.

I made Mini Service Team aware battery was fully charged and they were adamant following diagnostics that I needed a new battery to prevent alarm going off randomly. Car was home one night, and fault continued with alarm sounding through the night
