I felt the whole process from purchase to handover was so smooth. The delivery of my car was pushed forward a month early but I was kept up to date with everything. Gary couldn't have been more helpful at handover.

I purchased a used approved mini with 12 month warranty, 2 weeks after my battery was failing and I was initially told that the warranty would cover the cost of a replacement battery , then after leaving my mini into the garage I told I need to pay .

Everything was great, from booking, price being quoted up front, welcome, and predicted tome of completion. It was a lot of money for a check, an oil, oil filter and air filter change.
