Mini where extremely flexible and where able to work around my working hours to ensure that I had enough time to collect my car without feeling rushed. Philip really went out of his way to go through every detail and show me how to navigate my mini.

Car left in on Thursday and was told it would probably be ready the next day then told it would be ready on Monday. Was on way to collect when called to say not ready until Tuesday. No courtesy car available so large expense on rental car.

I specifically asked for the squeal in the brakes to be addressed and knew this was additional to the service cost. 2 day task This was not done as I was told they did not have the correct part. Also, my front and rear cameras were left unplugged
