Amy-Lee went the extra mile to answer all of our many questions and always with a smile making us feel valued and that no question was silly. Our dog was also made very welcome and whilst we were dealt with professionally it never felt stuffy!

Philip was very helpful. We were able to bring in a car seat to check how much space would be used in the back seats. Would be better if MINI had car sears and pram to show customers how these can fit in a car. Staff in centre very friendly.
