Everything was great, from booking, price being quoted up front, welcome, and predicted tome of completion. It was a lot of money for a check, an oil, oil filter and air filter change.

Jim the service manager always very helpful. Explains what is happening. When the car had to be kept in for a longer period, the car I was lent was excellent, an up market version of my own.

I made Mini Service Team aware battery was fully charged and they were adamant following diagnostics that I needed a new battery to prevent alarm going off randomly. Car was home one night, and fault continued with alarm sounding through the night
