I visited several manufacturers about purchasing a Motability car before Mini and found most to be disorganized and uninterested in the business. But when I visited Mini (Bavarian) - they took me seriously and made time and effort to make a deal.

Great service from start until finish. The service was completed before the estimated finish time, which allowed me to get home earlier. Staff were professional and friendly. And the coffee and tray bakes were delicious too!

The team diagnosed the issue quickly which was a broken door handle, they explained the repairs clearly and carried out repair promptly, they also did a complimentary full valet. Excellent service!

This brand new car has a passenger door that won't open. The car has now been in with Bavarian twice and despite being assured that the problem is completely fixed, the problem is still happening. We are this completely dissatisfied.

When I picked my mini clubman up there was a very strong smell inside. 11 days later there is still a smell but not as strong. I have been driving with sunroof open & windows down and parking in our garage the same. my wife has allergies to smells

The transmission oil service and health check were great. However I had cheaper quotes but went for Mini for the overall service. For the second time I was told that washing the car was not available as the power washer wasn't working!

I purchased a used approved mini with 12 month warranty, 2 weeks after my battery was failing and I was initially told that the warranty would cover the cost of a replacement battery , then after leaving my mini into the garage I told I need to pay .
