I visited several manufacturers about purchasing a Motability car before Mini and found most to be disorganized and uninterested in the business. But when I visited Mini (Bavarian) - they took me seriously and made time and effort to make a deal.

I was very satisfied with the reception staff & the advisor who greeted me. The centre was very pleasant. However, when I got home I discovered a small dent in the passenger door. The last time I visited the centre the drivers doors was scratched.

Very expensive to troubleshoot and install a battery, however the service rep, Molly was exceptional. She kept me up to date and phoned regularly with updates. I would have given a lower score except for the outstanding service Molly provided.
