When dropping off the car for the service I was left waiting in the showroom for about 10 minutes, while the service manager was sat at his desk. It would be much better if the drop off/pick up could be quick with the customer prioritised.

I've been to Bavarian now on 3 or 4 occasions for basic servicing, recalls and most recently a faulty LCD display screen. Most notably after paying £100 for a diagnostic, I was told the cost to the replace the screen would be £2,500. Went elsewhere.
