My dad is quite elderly, but Amy-Lee and Nadine made sure they went to his pace regarding the information. He never felt rushed regarding a decision and any questions he had were answered promptly.

I made a mistake with the date I had booked and arrived a week early. This was a recall issue re the battery. The staff accommodated me by booking the car in. I really appreciated this as I have a very busy schedule. Thank you!
